Getting ready to go back to school can be a little scary! You’ve got a new teacher to get to know, a new classroom to get used to, and new things to learn! It’s okay to be nervous, and we want to help! Let’s get ready to go back to school with these 5 tips!
Going Back to School with Blue Manatee Press!
1. Share what you did over the summer!
What books did you read? What food did you eat? Did you go on vacation? After sharing what you did over the summer, ask your friends what they did, too!
2. Show what you learned before going back to school!
Maybe you got a head start on those ABCs and 1-2-3s! Help your other classmates with your new and exciting skills!
3. Make a new friend!
Sometimes people are different than us, and that’s okay! Make friends with someone who likes different things than you do! You might find something new you like, too!
4. Stay healthy!
It’s easy to catch a cold in a classroom. Sleep well, eat healthy snacks, and remember to wash your hands to try and keep those pesky germs away!
5. Remember to be kind!
The best way to go back to school is to share with others! If a friend needs to borrow a crayon or someone forgot their lunch, sharing with them is kind and generous!
