Here Are 5 Unplugged Activities for Spring!

It’s officially springtime! With spring comes rainy days, windy days, warmer days, and longer days! We want to help you stay unplugged this spring! Here are 5 fun outdoor activities to do this season!

1. Play a sport!

Baseball, basketball, football—doesn’t matter! Pick a game and throw a ball around with your neighborhood friends!

2. Plant in the garden!

Put on that gardening hat and some sunscreen, and bring that garden of yours to colorful life!

3. Go to the zoo!

Our favorite hippo, Fiona, lives at the Cincinnati Zoo, and the springtime is a great time to go for a visit! Did you know that the Spanish-language versions of our books Fiona’s Feelings and Fiona’s Friends come out this spring??

4. Look for a rainbow!

If the sun’s out while it’s raining, sometimes a rainbow appears in the sky! Look up and see if you can find one!

5. Look up at the stars!

Grab a blanket and do some stargazing—you never know, you might see a planet!
